Stormy on a stormy cloud XDDD It was from a sketch, its in my scraps 
Its Stormy! 8D I haven't drew her in like...months? But I finally get around to do her!!! 
Anyways, I sorta changed her alittle, she has pants underneath now so yeah Her shoes are different aswell so yeah hope you like it 
(The bg is not very good, wellthats 'cause my laptop is like...broken? But its not working properly and my mum's laptop doesn't have GIMP or Paint.NET so yeah...sorry guys
